Variation - option within the contract to extend by 12 months. The CMA wishes to engage with a single supplier to work with and deliver step changes in our current IT Service Management model. This particular element is to implement a best in class ITSM tool to enable a better customer experience for our Business users and help to transfer from a reactive to a proactive support environment.
