Provision of Graphic Design Services

Description

The university wishes to appoint competent and experienced suppliers to two framework agreements for the provision of graphic design services in two lots: corporate design (framework agreement lot 1); and promotional material and digital design (framework agreement lot 2). Lot 1: Corporate Design Corporate Design Production including undergraduate and postgraduate prospectus, digital and offline templates, annual reports, research reports, University corporate literature, branded digital design, materials for events and any other design initiatives that may arise. Lot 2: Promotional Material and Digital design Digital design including updating and designing new components/visuals to integrate into MU’s existing website and assets for its social media channels. Drupal is MU’s Content Management System (CMS) system. Assets would include web banner images, thumbnails, infographics and so on. Brochures/leaflets/booklets– digital and print Posters/ Pop Up banners, 2D Exhibition Display / Invitations Digital design formats Out of Home i.e. Billboard advertising Print adverts Radio adverts Additional service required from time to time include project management, copywriting and photograph as park of large scale and high value design projects The Lot relates to all design assets in print and digital formats.
