Caerphilly County Borough Council require a suitably experienced provider to supply a comprehensive Treasury Consultancy Service in respect of debt and investment management within the context of the Council's overall treasury strategy. The provider will be required to provide regular information to include but not be restricted to:- PWLB interest rates PWLB Interest rate forecasts Economic data Legislation - new and proposed Codes of Practice General Interest rate forecasts Counterparty creditworthiness reports Credit rating updates The provider will also be required to provide investment and borrowing advice to include but not be restricted to:- Long & Short term investments - identification of potential counterparties who will meet minimum level of creditworthiness. Advice about external fund managers Money market funds Long/short term borrowing Interest rates Sources of borrowing Types of loan instruments Compliance with Accounting standards Maturity profile analysis Debt rescheduling Strategic advice on borrowing/investment strategies Full details can be found in the ITT
