Provision of Specialist digital transformation services. • Service Architect for all ESN Service and Products: To govern the design across the build and test activities ensuring they meet the enterprise-wide architectural model • To act as a point of expertise on all service capabili-ties and promote industry best practice across all suppliers • To define the end state enterprise-wide service solu-tion within the parameters of the contractual and programme objectives. Quality assurance of Service Readiness across all products released by the ESN Programme: • Building and maintaining a Service Acceptance Checklist for every product • Regularly meeting with the various suppliers and Home Office teams to ensure they are on track to meet the required criteria by gate 5 (go-live) • Where any tasks or criteria are not going to be achieved, engaging the appropriate teams and peo-ple to ensure the risk is known and where possible mitigated • Designing and following a Service Transition Plan for every product. • Assist with Operational Acceptance Testing and User Acceptance Testing - ensuring the Service Management elements are appropriately represented.
