A software solution for the provision of a National Workforce & Reporting System, ensuring a safe platform for GP Practices to provide workforce information for reporting and analysis purposes. Lot 1: The provision of a workforce and reporting software package is required to enable NHS Wales to electronically manage Primary Care workforce information for reporting, analysis and planning purposes. The software package is required to be implemented before the end of March 2021 to ensure continuity of service. The following are essential features of the software. - Provision of a fully hosted service in a secure environment. - Dedicated telephone & email support – tier support system. - Data migration from existing service. - Existing WNWRS functionality. - Monthly upload to reporting module. - Welsh language functionality. - Extend functionality to additional user groups. - Provision of dedicated customer services manager.
