Summary of Contract Deliverables To summarise, the successful bidder will: Deliver a Swansea Bay TikTok Launch and Instagram Campaign Plan. Include a Media Schedule clearly indicating balance of paid-for and organic activity throughout the life of the campaign. Include a rationale as to why the specific types of paid-for activity were selected. Develop the creative concept for the campaign and include in the Campaign Plan. Purchase and book all paid-for activity. Produce or source all the campaign assets, eg video, images, copy, music etc,. Launch the campaign and be responsible for posting on TikTok and Instagram during the contract period. Report weekly on the progress of the campaign, against the targets set in the submission. Produce an illustrated final report: 1. Which summarises the campaign 2. Analyses the actual campaign performance against the targets set 3. Highlights what elements worked well and what didn’t, with respect to organic and paid-for activity 4. Makes recommendations for the future development of the Swansea Bay TikTok platform following the contract period 5. Ensure that all activity and content is approved by the Client prior to posting. No content will be posted without the express written approval of the Client.
