A selection questionnaire will be issued and this stage will be used to select a shortlist of architect-led, multi-disciplinary design teams for the ITPN (invitation to participate in negotiation) phase. As part of the ITPN, short-listed suppliers will be required to participate in design approach workshops, leading to the submission of design scheme proposals at the invitation to submit final Tenders (ITSFT) phase. UCA has agreed to provide an honorarium to the short-listed suppliers. It is anticipated that an appointment will be made in March 2019.
