Metropolitan Police Service - Digital Policing - Solution Provider Framework 2022

The Mayor's Office for Policing and Crime is seeking to re-tender the existing Solution Provider Framework agreement (the Framework) for the provision of services relating to end­to-end Digital Policing solutions. The Framework will consist of a panel of Suppliers from whom the Authority will procure services across 3 Lots through a 'mini-competition' process. The Lots are as follows: Lot 1 Systems Integration - Plan, build, test, deploy, and operate technology solutions Lot 2 Value-Added Reseller - Provision of software and hardware Lot 3 Resource Augmentation - To support the Authority's technology teams in the delivery of solutions The Authority is seeking Suppliers capable of delivering complex, multi-phased, technologically advanced solutions. Providers will be expected to bring functional and technical expertise, which can be drawn upon flexibly to deliver part or whole of a project. Access to the Framework will also be offered on a national basis to all Police Forces, the Mayor's Office and the Greater London Authority and its functional bodies. Lot 1: Systems Integration The Systems Integration Lot (Lot 1) of the Solution Provider Framework 2022 provides services relating to Plan, Build, Test, Deploy, and Operate of technology solutions. The scope of these solutions is expected to include: • Bespoke application developments • Configuration of Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) solutions • Provision of Software-As-A-Service (SaaS) solution • Device and software development and implementation • Delivery of enhancements to existing applications And delivery of integration projects that may include some or all of the above. Lot 2: Value-Added Reseller The Value-Added Reseller Lot (Lot 2) of the Solution Provider Framework 2022 is expected to include the following scope: • Provision of miscellaneous hardware and software. • Provision of Microsoft licences, services, and cloud solutions. • Provision of other maintenance agreements for services not available through the existing MPS contracts. • Procurement of large scale/high value hardware and software for corporate projects. Lot 3: Resource Augmentation The Resource Augmentation Lot (Lot 3) of the Solution Provider Framework 2022 includes provision of the following: • Resources to augment internal Digital Policing projects • Specialist technical resources not available in-house • Certified resources to validate, for example, architectural designs
