WHM are constructing a Contractors Framework to cover a wide range of maintenance works across the West Lothian area. The framework will be a support framework for WHM in-house Direct Labour Organisation (DLO) and is valued at approx 4,000,000GBP over 4 years Lot 1: Medical Adaptations Services will consist of general Medical Adaptation works to the housing stock. Lot 2: Multi Trade Works - including any combination of Joiner, Electrician, Plumbing, Painter, Builder, Roofer & Plasterer works. Services will consist of general responsive / reactive repairs and maintenance services to the housing stock. Lot 3: Void Works - including any combination of Joiner, Electrician, Plumbing, Heating, Painter, Builder, Roofer, Plasterer, Cleaning, Floor Coverings works. Services will consist of general responsive / reactive repairs and maintenance services to the housing stock. Lot 4: Gas Heating Installation, Servicing and Repair Services will consist of general responsive / reactive repairs and maintenance services to the housing stock. Lot 5: Joiner work Services will consist of general responsive / reactive repairs and maintenance services to the housing stock. The framework will be for a period of 4 years; it will initially run for 24 months and then will have the option to extend for a further 2 single 12 month periods at WHM discretion All as per the attached Project Particulars & ESPD Guidance - WHM - R&M Framework – Final Lot 6: Electrical work Services will consist of general responsive / reactive repairs and maintenance services to the housing stock. Lot 7: Plumber work Services will consist of general responsive / reactive repairs and maintenance services to the housing stock. Lot 11: Glazing Services will consist of general responsive / reactive repairs and maintenance services to the housing stock. Lot 12: Plaster/Roughcasting Services will consist of general responsive / reactive repairs and maintenance services to the housing stock. Lot 13: Fencing Services will consist of general responsive / reactive repairs and maintenance services to the housing stock. Lot 14: House Clearances Services will consist of general responsive house clearance services to the housing stock. Lot 15: Painting & Decorating Services will consist of general responsive / reactive repairs and maintenance services to the housing stock. Lot 16: Carpet Fitting Services Services will consist of general responsive / reactive repairs and maintenance and new installtion services to the housing stock. Lot 17: Ground Works Services will consist of general responsive / reactive repairs and maintenance services to the housing stock. Lot 18: Scaffolding Services will consist of supply of scaffold services to the housing stock. Lot 19: Controlled Entry & Security Systems Service & Repair Services will consist of general responsive / reactive repairs and maintenance services to the housing stock. Lot 20: Drain Jetting & CCTV Survey Services Services will consist of general responsive / reactive repairs and maintenance services to the housing stock. Lot 21: Pest Control Services will consist of general responsive / reactive repairs and maintenance services to the housing stock. Lot 22: Repair & Maintenance of White Goods Services will consist of general responsive / reactive repairs and maintenance services to the housing stock. Lot 23: Deep Cleaning & Bio Hazard Removal Services Services will consist of general responsive / reactive repairs and Deep Cleaning & Bio Hazard Removal Servicesservices to the housing stock. Lot 24: Fire Alarm Servicing & Repair Services will consist of general responsive / reactive repairs and maintenance services to the housing stock and offices. Lot 25: TV & Satellite Aerial Maintenance Services will consist of general responsive / reactive repairs and maintenance services to the housing stock.
