The University wish to purchase a mechanical serial sectioning with etching for optical and/or SEM image analysis system. For the purposes of this tender the machines identified and required are being treated as 4 separate lots. Automated high throughput and large area analysis system. Very high speed EBSD detector for interfacing with Lot 1. Very high speed EDX detector for interfacing with Lot 1 (subject to additional funding). Large batch and large sample automated polishing system.
