Fife Housing Association wishes to enter into a Measure Term Contract Agreement (MTCA) with 2 separate organisations/suppliers who are suitably qualified and experienced in the provision of gas services and reactive repairs and ad-hoc boiler and full system renewal for the lot and categories detailed below. The MTCA for gas services and reactive repairs and ad-hoc boiler and full system renewal will be for a 3 year period with the option to extend for 2 x single 1 year periods solely at Fife Housing Association discretion. Lot 1 East Gas Services and Reactive Repairs and West Ad-hoc Boiler and Full System Renewal 2019-2024 East Gas Services and Reactive Repairs 2019 – 2024 – 1130 Properties and West Ad-hoc Boiler and Full System Renewal 2019-2024 Lot 2 West Gas Services and Reactive Repairs and East Ad-hoc Boiler and Full System Renewal 2019-2024 West Gas Services and Reactive Repairs 2019-2024 – 1318 Properties and East Ad-hoc Boiler and Full System Renewal 2019-2024
