Cambridge City Council Housing Service is seeking to contract with a specialist insurance broker for the provision of weekly paid Tenants Contents Insurance. The contract duration will be for an initial period of four years, with an option to extend for a further year. Tenderers are invited to tender for the continued provision to customers of a competitive, yet flexible, home contents insurance scheme, offering a wide choice of options in respect of type of cover, level of cover and policy excess. The insurance cover will be required to be effective from 1st April 2019, with all residents currently in receipt of the service requiring advance notification of the new service and associated policy documentation prior to 1st April 2019. Insurance services are to be provided to residents in or around the City of Cambridge.
