<p>Bolton Council has recently undertaken a supported living review and are looking at developing our supporting living services in more innovative ways to enable our citizens to live ordinary lives within their communities in accommodation that is suitable for their needs and provides a least restrictive model compared to more traditional supported living services. Emerging needs coming through indicate that we will need models that will accommodate people with more complex needs going forward. Commissioners would like to undertake a soft market test to explore opportunities to work in partnership with care providers and housing providers to develop new and innovative service models in Bolton and are looking for examples of good practice and models that work well. We are looking for your views about potential service models and service definitions.
