Description

Management, Development, Selling and Maintenance of SPT Advertising Space and Infrastructure. The contracting authority has identified an initial 2 sites capable of displaying large format advertising and can potentially offer an indicative pipeline of eight or more future sites to be brought forward during the duration of the awarded contract. The maximum duration of the contract for lot 2 option 1 will be 5 years with an option to extend for a further 5 years. The maximum duration of the contract for Lot 2 option 2 will be determined on the basis of the time that the successful contractor / tenderer could reasonably be expected to install and recoup on the investment made in operating the contract together with a return on investment to SPT taking account of the initial 2 sites and future opportunities. Prime objective will be to maximise revenues from the core advertising estate (Subway and Bus Stations) highlighting, developing and exploiting new revenue streams and generating new opportunities within these areas as well as examining all other modes non core e.g. ticketing, vinyl wrapping etc. etc..
