Environment Agency Cost Recovered Advice Wirral SFRA
Published
Description
Review of the Wirral Strategic Flood Risk Assessment (SFRA) outputs by the Environment Agency (EA). Review by the EA at key stages greatly reduces the risk of their rejecting the final report. As a statutory consultee their sign-off of the final SFRA is essential. As this review is not part of a statutory consultation, the time of the EA officers undertaking the review is subject to cost recovery.
