The Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking to appoint a Funeral Director for the Contract to Supply Funeral Services, where the Trust takes responsibility for the arrangements. The Funeral Director will be required to carry out the services in a professional and proper manner to the satisfaction of the Trust in accordance with this specification. The Hospital Sites incorporated in this contract are: • The Leeds General Infirmary (LGI) • St James’s University Hospital (SJUH) • Wharfedale Hospital • Seacroft Hospital • Chapel Allerton Hospital • The Children’s Hospital (within LTHT - LGI) The contract will not be split into lots. The contract length will be for three years with an option to extend for up to a further two one year extensions. Keywords: Funeral , Directors
