Project Overview 1. High Level Skills Who is eligible for support? Start-up/new and established businesses (SMEs) based in the D2N2 area • An SME is defined as having a headcount of less than 250 and a turnover of not more than €50 million or a balance sheet total of not more than €43 million. • SMEs who have not received De Minimis aid of more than €200,000 granted over a period of three years. • SMEs who have not received De Minimis aid of more than €200,000 granted over a period of three years. 2. The Agreement - Workshop Design and Facilitation Services This procurement exercise is seeking to appoint a professional service provider to work closely with High Level Skills staff to design and delivery high-quality services to support participants of the programmes. We are seeking experienced individuals with a track record of working with established SMEs, to support the objectives of the programmes. • Workshop design & facilitation for established businesses (ESTs) Contract Commencement/Period The Agreement shall commence from the date of confirmation of the contract, and this award is for an 18-month period (until October 2020). The number of repeat sector workshops will vary depending on demand. A minimum of 10 workshops will be delivered, with a total maximum of 20 workshops.
