To design and deliver an evidence-based, accessible tier 2 lifestyle weight management service for adults aged over 16 years of age (with a focus on the priority populations and geographical areas), which will support people with a BMI ≥25 (≥23 in South Asian populations) to lose weight, increase physical activity, manage their emotional health and wellbeing and learn how to maintain a healthier weight beyond the intervention. The budget has been set at £120,000.
