Evaluation of Southwark School Meals Transformation Programme

Description

4.1. The evaluation partner will ensure that the programme-long evaluation captures and demonstrates change across the school food system in Southwark. 4.2. The evaluation partner will engage stakeholders and partners throughout the evaluation to ensure successful integration of the evaluation into the programme and to supporting a test-learn-adapt approach to programme delivery. 4.3. The evaluation partner will deliver an evaluation that will: - support programme governance by creating a common language and understanding of system change in Southwark - review and assess the process for implementing the programme - measure and understand the impact of the programme, tracking performance against programme outcomes - assess the effectiveness of delivering multiple interventions in order to provide impetus to the system transformation. This includes assessing interventions individually, collectively and in comparison to each other. - support programme development and adaptation, by drawing out useful insights and learning that can help shape the programme on an ongoing basis - build understanding, learning and evidence that can be shared with other local authorities and local and national stakeholders.
