Leaseholder RTB Property Insurance on behalf of the following Insurance London Consortium (ILC) Members: Camden, Croydon, Islington, Lambeth, Sutton, Tower Hamlets and RBK Council's. This Insurance relates to the properties that have been sold to tenants on a “right to buy” basis. Whilst these properties are owned by third parties, as the majority adjoin Council owned properties, (eg in a block of flats), they were sold on the basis that the Council would arrange insurance cover for the property (excluding contents). The period of cover will be for 5 years.
