The GC Business Growth Hub (the Hub) wishes to appoint a single service provider to enter into a Contract for the delivery of a Full Service Marketing and Copywriting Services (Marketing), including specialist marketing and communications activity, as set out in the framework below. There will be a requirement to work with other Hub agencies, suppliers and third-party partners, including contracted suppliers for website design, copywriting, public relations, videography, photography and print services. The appointed agency will be required to be creative and proactive, and provide services listed under (but not limited to) the following categories: a) Brand strategy and development b) Design services c) Digital marketing services d) Campaign planning, development and execution Copy will need to be written that covers a wide range of business topics and marketing/campaign messaging, tailored to the specific channel where it will be placed. The type of copy required may include case studies, external communications, website copy, thought leadership content, campaign messaging and more, as set out below. Skills for Growth The agency would also be required to support with marketing campaign activity as well as design, digital advertising and content creation for the SME Skills Support programme. This is a two-year project funded by the European Social Fund. There may also be requirements for higher level strategic planning. Specific support will include delivering a range of both online and offline marketing collateral, end-to-end campaigns or campaign activity, in order to drive enquiries to the service, mainly through digital channels. We envisage this will be a mix of lead generation campaigns (email/social media/Google Adwords etc.), and the development of collateral and content marketing. We will also be looking at developing a suite of photography which will be utilised across the full range of channels. Additional information: The contract period will be from the award date for a period of one year, with an option, to be exercised at GM Business Support Limited sole discretion for two additional period of 12 months each, subject to satisfactory performance reviews. Please be aware that the current ERDF funding ends on the 31st December 2021. It is estimated that for the core element of the contract the approximate spend per year will be in the region of £100,000 (excluding VAT) although the actual spend could be considerably less. Skills for Growth is a two-year contract and we anticipate a spend of £160k over the two years, with a maximum spend of £200k across that timeframe. The maximum spend on this contract will not exceed £650,000 (excluding VAT)
