The requirement for removal of BMBC’s JAGU instance of Modern.gov from SY Pensions servers so that the South Yorkshire Pensions Authority can decommission their server as planned in November 2021. The Modern.Gov system provides features for the management of cabinet meetings and reports. Forward plans, agendas, minutes, decisions, call-ins, and reports are held in one database. Option 1 – Civica Hosting Set up and configuration of new instance of Modern.Gov Inclusive within annual hosting fee Hosting fee (up to 100gb): £3,000 pa Data Transfer: £6,165.00 Web branding (Reverse CMS method): £1,500
