The successful supplier(s) will complete psychometric exercises on behalf of the University for selected senior recruitment campaigns. Selected providers will be required to facilitate the candidates completion of the psychometric exercises (both ability and personality), complete a validation session, provide reports / documentation to the University (as is appropriate), and attend the pre-meet of the interviews in order to feedback to the selection committee.
