The successful Tenderer will work with the Central Bank People Directorate in the design, execution, reporting, analysis and interpretation of our employee surveys. The specific requirements that must be clearly met and demonstrated by the successful Tenderer will be: • Provision of an employee survey platform/ mechanism through which surveys can be hosted and circulated to our employees. • Access to an existing survey methodology and questions and/or the provision of support and expertise in the development of survey methodology for the Central Bank i.e. support in the development of survey questions for annual or pulse surveys. • Access to appropriate benchmarking of survey scores to other employers/ organisational at a national and international level. • The ability to report survey results in a timely manner at the aggregate organisational level as well as on a more granular basis e.g. at a team level, across different demographics (gender, age etc) ensuring the confidentiality of individual responses and that no respondent can be identified through the reporting. • Provision of expertise in the dissemination of survey results to ensure key trends, insights and focus areas can be identified. • The provider may be required to provide additional expertise and support from time to time in relation to survey results and how they are translated into People/ Action Plans. • The appointed provider will work closely with the Communications & Engagement Team in the design, execution and assessment of our surveys, it is expected the provider will appoint a dedicated point of contact/Relationship Manager who will manage the engagement and service delivery with the Central Bank and specific consultant(s) who will support the Central Bank in the development and analysis of employee surveys
