Description
Framework Agreement of 4 lots for all-trades reactive maintenance work covering 3 RSLs with similar housing stock, primarily elderly care but also general needs. The requirement is divided into 4 location strategic lots. Day to day responsive repairs, void property works and out of hours emergency works. 2 contractors will be appointed to each lot. Works will only be placed with the second placed contractor in the event of non-performance by the first placed contractor. The first placed successful contractor will be required to provide an integrated IT system with all three employers prior to contract commencements.
