Provision of Fabric Works: Lot 1: Core Fabric Works and Services Lot 2: Drainage Works and Services Lot 3: Plumbing Works and Services Lot 4: Roof and Gutters Works and Services The scope of the Core Fabric Works and Services contract involves the reactive repair and maintenance of core building fabric within Calderdale Council owned properties. The works and services include, but are not limited to maintenance and repairs of walls, floors, ceilings, windows, doors, glazing, tiling decoration, hard landscaping, damp proofing and timber preservation, chimneys and buildings stacks, coatings to walls and ceilings, and fences and boundary walls within the buildings. The scope of the contract involves approximately 303 properties. Bidders will be provided with an asset register which identifies the location of the properties within the specification documents. Please note that this contract does not include within its scope the maintenance and repair of any automatic doors and their associated mechanisms. The scope of the Drainage Works and Services contract involves the inspection, maintenance and reactive repairs of the drainage systems within Halifax Borough Market. Installation and maintenance of grease traps to identified kitchens. The contractor will also be required to undertake reactive maintenance and repair of drainage systems associated with Calderdale Council owned buildings. Calderdale Council owns approximately 303 properties which are within the scope of this contract and bidders will be provided with an asset register which identifies the location of the properties they may be required to advise on within the specification documents. The scope of the Plumbing Maintenance Works and Services contract involves the inspection, maintenance and reactive repairs of the plumbing systems within Calderdale Council owned properties. Please note that this contract does not include within its scope the maintenance and repairs of zip tap appliances, thermostatic mixing valves, microfills/RZPs, fan convectors, legionella testing and gas boilers. The scope of the contract involves approximately 303 properties. Bidders will be provided with an asset register which identifies the location of the properties within the specification documents. The scope of the Roofing and Gutter Cleaning Maintenance Works and Services contract involves the inspection, maintenance and reactive repairs of the roofs and gutters within Calderdale Council owned properties. The maintenance services for the gutters includes but is not limited to annual cleaning for approximately 70 properties. The roofing reactive repairs may be required across any of the Council owned properties. Calderdale Council owns approximately 303 properties which are within the scope of this contract and bidders will be provided with an asset register which identifies the location of the properties within the specification documents.
