The service is for vulnerable adults who are the responsibility of the London Borough of Merton and resident within and outside of the Borough. The Council recognises that technology has a role in supporting people to manage independently, allowing them to take control of their own needs 24 hours a day, and lead their own support. Using digital technology to make people's lives easier is one of the priorities of the Merton Health and Wellbeing Plan.
