The Regulatory Authorities. RA. . Commission for Energy Regulation. CER. and Utility Regulator. UR. . invite tenders from suitably qualified and experienced firms of Solicitors in order to establish a Contract to provide appropriate legal services across a wide range of specialist areas to the Single Electricity Market Committee. SEMC. . The Contractor will be required to provide a single source of expert legal advice to the SEMC on all statutory functions relevant to the governance of the Single Electricity Market. SEM. and Integrated SEM. ISEM. . The successful Contractor will work with the SEMC and the RAs to support and deliver legal expertise on SEM matters as required.
