Description

Appointment of a professional consultancy service as part of a CMBC consultancy framework incorporating partnering principles to support the initiation of projects through the initial stage of master planning through to project handover, soft landings and ‘In Use’. The masterplan is intended to set out, at high level documents that will provide a framework to guide development and restoration work, it should inform and influence developers, planners, landowners and the public to help ensure that interventions work together to achieve key objectives and aspirations. The masterplan is intended to set out, at high level, documents that will provide a framework to guide development and restoration work, it should inform and influence developers, planners, landowners and the public to help ensure that interventions work together to achieve key objectives and aspirations. The services will include the development of feasibility studies into detailed design schemes and budget estimations, design layouts should focus on relationships between buildings/infrastructure and the space they create between each other i.e the public realm, scheme design (including M and E) and budget estimations. The prime focus will need to be on achieving the project aims and objectives, within agreed timelines and business case including associated benefits in progressing the project. The services will include the development of feasibility studies into detailed design schemes and budget estimations, design layouts should focus on relationships between buildings/infrastructure and the space they create between each other i.e.: the public realm, scheme design (including M and E) and budget estimations. The supplier must also play a key role in effective mobilisation of the appointed supplier and will be required to ensure a detailed project delivery plan is agreed and signed off. The construction phase will include RIBA stages regarding construction, handover, close out and full commission (soft landings) of the project. The project will need to be delivered and project managed to time and cost as set out in the detailed design and costings relating to the project. The supplier must also play a key role in effective mobilisation of the appointed supplier and will be required to ensure a detailed project delivery plan is agreed and signed off. The construction phase will include RIBA stages regarding construction, handover, close out and full commission (soft landings) of the project. The project will need to be delivered and project managed to time and cost as set out in the detailed design and costings relating to the project. A multidisciplinary lot that will allow 1 supplier to provide all services as specified in Lots 1 to 6. Use of this lot will be required to be specified from project inception.
