Scope of Requirements: Sunderland City Council (SCC) is considering appointing a supplier or a consortium of suppliers for the supply, installation and maintenance of a Platform to support a range of functions, including technology assisted living, telecare, telehealth, internet of things and lone working. Pre-Procurement Market Testing Exercise: Prior to commencing a procurement process, SCC would like to establish whether a supplier or a consortium of suppliers are capable and interested in delivering the essential and desirable requirements of the platform.
