As a compliance & governance officer I need to enforce records management. As a IT administrator I need to design, develop and maintain intranet Existing Team NILGOSC IT Team Current Phase Beta Skills & Experience • Microsoft Sharepoint certified developers • Demonstrate at least 3 significant regional Sharepoint government project successes Work Location Belfast Working Arrangments 9am - 5pm, Mon - Fri No. of Suppliers to Evaluate 3 Proposal Criteria • Technical Solution • Methodology • Meet timeframe • Value for money Cultural Fit Criteria Familiar with local government technical projects and processes Payment Approach Fixed price Evaluation Weighting Technical competence 75% Cultural fit 5% Price 20% Questions from Suppliers 1. Has NILGOSC considered SharePoint Online as the solution? NILGOSC have an imminent requirement to maintain our Sharepoint services on-premise. Future considerations will be made as to whether we will migrate to hybrid or Sharepoint online once our initial requirements our met.
