Building on the work currently being carried out in a discovery and engagement phase for this project, the successful supplier will: • Develop a Leadership Success Profile for the Board CE role taking into account the insights and data from the discovery and engagement phase. • Continue to engage with senior leaders, stakeholders and other appropriate groups within wider public services to carry out robust user testing to support the development of the Leadership Success Profile. • Engage with senior stakeholders within SG and NHS build buy in to the Leadership Success Profile and ensure its success. • Produce a final report with recommendations for implementation of the Leadership Success Profile.
