Is there current incumbent for this role and what is the daily rate ? DWP partner with a number of 3rd party suppliers to deliver their Service Now instance, this is a requirement for a specialist resource to join the existing Development teamThe maximum day rate for this role is £650 per day 2. Please can you specify where exactly will be the work location and any possibility of remote working within the UK? Under 'normal' working conditions, the specialist would be expected to work at the DWP office in Longbenton, Newcastle.Until COVID restrictions are lifted, the specialist will be required to work from home with occasional visits to the office at Longbenton. 3. Is this role Inside or Outside IR35? Supply of resource: the off-payroll rules will apply to any workers engaged through a qualifying intermediary, such as their own limited company - it is therefore considered that this role would sit within the regulation. 4. 25 questions seems rather excessive. The best talent may be reluctant to apply if they need to fill out a 2,500 word essay with no guarantee of an interview – is there any way these skills can be trimmed? We are looking for essential skills and experience, we would like candidates to articulate how they have this gained this experience or examples of deliveries that have included use of the skillset but wouldn't be expecting candidates to provide a long protracted essay, brief examples would suffice 5. It appears the 2nd essential skill is a merge of to different skill requirements – is this the case? we will not be able to provide evidence of both within 100 words• Experience of completing stories assigned or escalate blockers to ensure that development is completed to expected standards and are delivered within timescalesAND• Experience of attending and participate in Agile ceremonies We are looking for evidence of knowledge and experience of working in an Agile environment, delivering Service Now. Candidates are expected to be able to articulate and evidence these skills as part of their response to this opportunity,
