The University are looking to appoint a Main Contractor with experience in working on similar projects. It is essential that the company has experience with historical and listed buildings and have the ability to provide practical solutions to onsite problems. The Main Contractor needs to have experience refurbishing accommodation facilities and have good management ability with experience in managing subcontractors for various packages of works including MEP and civils such as drainage.
