The provider must keep up to date on related judgements and consultations and their implications to the service.
The authority is looking to let a contract for an initial 3 year term, with the option to extend for a further two 12 months periods.

The authority is of the opinion that TUPE will apply to this procurement.

Potential providers should note that there is a budget cap of £294,725 per annum for the provision of an Integrated Sensory Service in Buckinghamshire, with £173,888 indicated for the Adults’ service and £120,837 for the Children & Young People’s service. Please note: any bid that exceeds the budget cap for any one year or for the total contract
period will be disqualified.
