Description
The final date and time for the submission of bids is Wednesday, 15th December 2021 at 11:00. DO NOT apply directly to the buyer. All tender information MUST be submitted through the Delta eSourcing Portal. Brief Description of Requirement The UK has committed to reducing its greenhouse gas emissions to net zero by 2050. To achieve this, the Department expects that emissions from all buildings, including non-domestic buildings, will have to be all but eliminated. The challenge of decarbonising energy use in non-domestic buildings is considered one of the most complex policy areas for the department. The key aims of the project are: • To bring together, and manage, a diverse range of experts from many different countries to contribute information and insight from their own knowledge and experience, in a timely manner to help achieve the objectives of the project. • To build on existing tools and evidence to make best use of time and resources to deliver the objectives of the project.
