Eligibility: The Contracting authority is looking to recruit dedicated, professional M&E contractors, not builders or small works companies as part of its tendering process for fulfilment of this requirement. Prospective Bidders should demonstrate this via section 6 Technical Capability of Part A Stage 1 of the Eligibility Questions Supplier Return document contained within the tender documents. This tender is being advertised as a sub OJEU open tender competition via the intend tendering portal. Bidders should be aware that the Authority intends to make the ITT and details of any subsequent contract publicly available, by publication on the Government's Contracts Finder portal.
