YPO are looking for Providers to be appointed onto a Framework Agreement for the supply of Design, Installation, Supply And Servicing Of Commercial Catering Equipment primarily in the Public Sector markets including YPO’s internal requirements. Lot 1: Lot 1 - The Design Layout, supply and installation of kitchen refurbishment and new build This Lot covers the Design Layout, supply and installation of kitchen refurbishment and new build projects. Lot 2: Lot 2 - The Supply and/or install of Commercial Kitchen Equipment – Prime Cooking Suppliers should ideally be able to supply and/or install a comprehensive range of Prime Cooking Equipment that fall within this Lot including (but not limited to) such items as: – • Hotplates • Hobs • Ovens • Chargrills • Boiling Tables • Basket Fryers Lot 3: Lot 3 - The Supply and/or install of Commercial Kitchen Equipment – Beverage Equipment Suppliers should ideally be able to supply and/or install a comprehensive range of Beverage Equipment that fall within this Lot including (but not limited to) such items as: – • Ice Machine • Citrus Juicer • Water Boilers Lot 4: Lot 4 - The Supply and/or install of Commercial Kitchen Equipment – Ware Washing Suppliers should ideally be able to supply and/or install a comprehensive range of Ware Washing Equipment that fall within this Lot including (but not limited to) such items as: – • Dishwashers • Glasswashers Lot 5: Lot 5 - The Supply and/or install of Commercial Kitchen Equipment – Food Preparation Suppliers should ideally be able to supply and/or install a comprehensive range of Food Preparation Equipment that fall within this Lot including (but not limited to) such items as: – • Mixers • Food Slicers • Vegetable Preparation Machines Lot 6: Lot 6 - The Supply and/or install of Commercial Kitchen Equipment – Heated and Ambient Display Suppliers should ideally be able to supply and/or install a comprehensive range of Heated and Ambient Display Equipment that fall within this Lot including (but not limited to) such items as: – • Display Cabinets • Display Merchandiser • Carvery Unit • Heated Countertop • Hot Cupboards Lot 7: Lot 7 - The Supply and/or install of Commercial Kitchen Equipment – Refrigeration Suppliers should ideally be able to supply and/or install a comprehensive range of Refrigeration Equipment that fall within this Lot including (but not limited to) such items as: – • Bottle Coolers • Fridge Cabinet • Refrigerators • Freezer Cabinet • Chest Freezer Lot 8: Lot 8 - The Supply and/or install of Commercial Kitchen Equipment – Shelving and Storage Suppliers should ideally be able to supply and/or install a comprehensive range of Shelving and Storage Equipment that fall within this Lot including (but not limited to) such items as: – • Steel Shelving • Chrome Racks • Wall Cupboards • Cabinets • Wall Shelves Lot 9: Lot 9 - The Supply and/or install of Commercial Kitchen Equipment – General Fabrication Suppliers should ideally be able to supply and/or install a comprehensive range of General Fabrication Equipment that fall within this Lot including (but not limited to) such items as: – • Hand Wash Basins • Sink Units • Centre Tables • Wall Benches Lot 10: Lot 10 - The Supply and/or install of Commercial Kitchen Equipment – Commercial Kitchen Extraction Suppliers should ideally be able to supply and/or install a comprehensive range of Commercial Kitchen Extraction Equipment that fall within this Lot including (but not limited to) such items as: – • Gas Interlock Control Panels • General Commercial Extraction Canopy Lot 11: Lot 11 - The Supply and/or install of Commercial Kitchen Equipment – Cash Registers and Cash Collection Points Suppliers should ideally be able to supply and/or install a comprehensive range of Cash Register Equipment that fall within this Lot including (but not limited to) such items as: – • Basic Cash Register • Restaurant Cash Register Lot 12: Lot 12 - The Installation of Commercial Catering Equipment Suppliers should ideally be able to install a comprehensive range of Commercial Catering Equipment that fall within this Lot including (but not limited to) such items as: – • Open Top Range • Automatic cold water softeners • Dishwasher racking • Reach in Blast Chiller/Freezer • Ovens Lot 13: Lot 13 - The maintenance and servicing of Commercial Catering Equipment Suppliers should ideally be able to maintain and service a range of Commercial Catering Equipment that fall within this Lot including (but not limited to) such items as: – • Countertop Planetary Mixers • Dishwashers • Refrigerators • Open Top Range • Ovens
