Description
Following notification of withdrawal by providers we are inviting expressions of interest from providers to deliver Housing and Debt Contract Work in Cheshire and HPCDS services in the following areas: - Cambridge - Chester and Crewe - Sunderland - Stockport - Hull We are using an expression of interest process as there is need to replace these services as soon as possible. We intend to award an exclusive schedule for each HPCDS to a single provider. In instances where more than one organisation meets the preference criteria for a HPCDS we may offer a schedule to more than one provider on a shared rota basis. There is no limit to the number of providers that may be successful in applying to deliver Housing and Debt services in Cheshire. Successful organisations will be awarded 100 matter starts. When awarding HPCDS schedules preference will be given to organisations who have schedule authorisation to deliver Housing and Debt from an office in the corresponding procurement area. For the Chester and Crewe HPCDS we will give preference to an organisation who expresses an interest in delivering both Chester and Crewe HPCDS and Housing and Debt Services in the Cheshire Procurement Area. Organisations can chose to apply to deliver either one or both of the two services. Who is the process open to? Expressions of interest to deliver HPCDS are welcome from all 2018 Standard Civil Contract holders with schedule authorisation in Housing & Debt. Organisations do not need to be a current HPCDS provider. Organisations who apply to only deliver Housing and Debt services in Cheshire must also be existing 2018 Standard Civil Contract holders but do not need to be a current housing and debt provider. We welcome expressions of interest from organisations who are able to meet the minimum contract requirements, which are detailed in the expressions of interest. When awarding the HPCDS schedules, preference will be given to organisations who are able to commence work soonest and who have schedule authorisation to deliver Housing and Debt from an office in the corresponding procurement area. How long are the contracts? HPCDS exclusive schedules will be offered from the date organisations can confirm they are able to begin work, although no later than 1 October 2021, until 30 September 2022, apart from Hull HPCDS which will start from 1 November 2021. The Housing and Debt Contract will run until 30 August 2022, subject to LAA rights of extension and termination. How do organisations apply? The expression of interest process opens on 26 August 2021. To apply organisations must download and complete the relevant expression of interest document from our civil tenders' page on GOV.UK - Civil tender activity 2021 - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk) Organisations interested in delivering this service must complete and return the relevant expression of interest document by the deadline of 5pm on Thursday 9 September 2021.
