The London Borough of Merton ("the Council") is inviting quotations from suitably qualified and experienced providers to design and deliver a programme of support for a Merton Primary Care Network (PCN) to be 'healthy and green'. This would involve actively supporting the selected PCN and/or member practices (up to a maximum of 5) to work towards three standards; The Royal College of General Practitioners 'Active Practice Charter', The Royal College of General Practitioners 'Green Impact for Health' and The 'London Healthy Workplace Award'.
