Description
The overall aim of the project is to provide Seafish with a workable levy system allowing Seafish’s levy team to manage the collection of levies and to provide the key financial information for the finance team. Whilst ensuring the functionality of the previous system is preserved, Seafish would like the new system to provide enhanced capabilities and meet the key technical objectives and expectations as laid out in section 3 of the Levy System Requirements Document. The scope of the project will include: - Understanding and fulfilment of the Levy System Requirements Document - Extensive requirements gathering in preparation of finalising system scope - Identifying and finding solutions for requirements of the Levy System Requirements Document , and potentially, over and above the stated requirements - Be compatible with existing Seafish IT infrastructure as specified in Levy System Requirements Document - Identify and install the core product - Produce user training materials
