Lot 1: • Replace the AC rising main from Roughgrange PS to the existing Water Treatment Works, which experienced catastrophic failure during the execution of the works • Refurbishment and upgrade of the existing Staleen Water Treatment Plant to ensure a minimum WTP output of 31,500m3/d is delivered into supply. • Refurbishment and upgrade of the existing Cavanhill Water Treatment Plant to ensure a minimum WTP output of 27,300m3/d is delivered into supply. • Operation of the plants for a minimum of 1 year with an option to extend by 2 further years
