The Financial Ombudsman Service Ltd is entering into contractual arrangements with Thomsons Online Benefits Ltd. The contract will be for a term of 2 years. The contract relates to the provision of online benefits platform which includes a helpdesk service as well as a brokerage service relating to our employee benefits scheme. Thomson’s is our current provider of our online benefits platform including a helpdesk and brokerage service. This was procured through a competative process in 2014. Thomsons operates a software platform (Darwin™). The platform hosts our data and employees’ personal data. Their (Darwin™) platform covers all elements of our benefits plan offering, with single sign on to ensure our ability to produce total reward statements for our employees. It is branded and tailored for the benefits we offer which are either core, flexible or voluntary. Thomson also provides us with our benefits and insurance brokering service (Health and Well-being product). Products include: Per employee per annum: — Darwin Benefits Manager and reward engager, — helpdesk high contract rates — max 40 %, — helpdesk medium contract rates — max 20 %. Ongoing Fees (annual): — Darwin benefits manager and reward engager licence fees (minimum head count of 2 300), — health and well-being, — helpdesk high contract rates — max 40 %, — helpdesk medium contract rates — max 20 %.
