The Office of the Revenue Commissioners invites responses to this Request for Tenders from economic operators for the provision of external Information and Communications Technology (ICT) support, to work with in-house and multi-vendor teams, on a range of enterprise frameworks, business applications and technical architectures in a secure and data sensitive environment. The work will cover supporting Revenue’s enterprise frameworks, design and development of new projects, maintenance and enhancement of existing applications, computer language and tool support, business intelligence/analytics, architecture and ongoing standards implementation such as ISO, ITIL and CMMI. Lot 1: Managers and Architects The roles in this Lot will comprise: Senior Managers and Managers (Project, Functional and Programme Management Office); and Senior Architects and Architects (Solution, Application & Technical). Please see the request for tender (all Lots) document for full details of roles and requirements under this Lot Lot 2: Team Leads, Analysts and Analyst/Developers The roles in this Lot will comprise: Team Leads (Technical and Development); Analysts (System & Technical); and Analyst/Developers Please see the request for tender (all Lots) document for full details of roles and requirements under this Lot Lot 3: Developers and Technical Support The roles in this Lot will comprise: Senior Developer; Developer; and Technical Support. Please see the request for tender (all Lots) document for full details of roles and requirements under this Lot Lot 4: Test Team Leads and Test Experts The roles in this Lot will comprise: Test Team Lead; Performance Testing Expert; and Automation Testing Expert Please see the request for tender (all Lots) document for full details of roles and requirements under this Lot Lot 5: Testers The roles in this Lot will comprise: Performance Tester; Automation Tester; Senior Tester; and Tester. Please see the request for tender (all Lots) document for full details of roles and requirements under this Lot Lot 6: Specialists and Resources with Skills in Niche Areas This Lot will be split into 5 Sub-lots. The Sub-lots will comprise Lot F1 – Infrastructure, Communications and Networking roles; Lot F2 – Management and Business Advisory/Support roles; Lot F3 – Specialist Testing roles; Lot F4 – Specialist Developer roles; and Lot F5- Specialist in Emerging Technologies roles. Please see the request for tender (all Lots) document for full details of roles and requirements under these Sub-Lots . Successful tenderers for this Lot were placed on a panel of qualified vendors. The published award criteria will be applied in mini-competitions when resources are being sought for the specific Sub-Lot F1, F2, F3, F4 and F5 roles that may arise. . Lot 7: Offshore Resources This Lot is for external resources that will not be based onsite in a Revenue office.
