Description
Why the Work is Being Done The Ambulance Radio Programme is looking to procure specialist Programme Governance and Planning Services to develop capabilities which will underpin a Target Operation Model (TOM) covering Strategy, Delivery and in to Service. Problem to Be Solved ARP is evolving and concentrating on developing capability on delivering products-based approaches for critical communication systems across all 11 English Ambulance Trusts. There is a need to architect a new Target Operating Model with a Governance Framework and integrate across a pre-existing structure which supports the programme today. This integrated programme plan will capture all products to be delivered across the three major programmes under the remit of ARP.
