Derby City Council intends to award a contract to enable the continuation of services on a reduced term contract. The Council has published this VEAT notice and intends to award the contract following a ten day standstill period from the publication of this notice. Lot 1: To allow the continuation of services for up to a maximum period of 5 years. Ultimate end date would be 05/09/2026. Additional information: Award of a contract without prior publication of a call for competition as the procurement falls outside the scope of application of the regulations. The Council will observe a 10 day standstill period.
