In addition, it creates the capacity for the EA to assure itself that employees are trained and competent to carry out many of their activities which are high risk such as working near water on flood defenses, responding to incidents. Employees will be able to access their learning, in the flow of their work with the use of AI and machine learning and connect and engage with others to share expertise and grow continue to grow. Improved functionality to integrate virtual classroom technology will not only create opportunities for all to be able to access learning at a time and place that works for them, but also reduce carbon emissions and training costs for travel and subsistence. The overall high-level scope of the procurement will require the Authority to procure to procure the Licenses for Learning Application Software, Hosting, Implementation, Service Support and Training Services.
