Description

The University requires a system for specialised quantitative pathology imaging and analysis including the ability to quantify per-cell nuclear, cytoplasmic and membrane marker expression in tissue sections and Tissue Marker Arrays (TMAs). Such studies yield proteomic and morphometric information from intact tissue sections. Automatic identification of specific tissue types using integrated image analysis software technology must be included in your proposal.
