Refer below to section II.2.4 - Description of the Procurement Lot 1: Family Link Service An award of contract has been made by Neath Port Talbot Council for the provision of their short break services for children and young people with disabilities that will comprise of the following services and scheduled to commence July 2021: - Lot 1 - Family Link Service which serves to provide overnight stays in a Family Link carer’s home for children with disabilities, providing them with a range of new positive experiences away from home and to support them to achieve improved outcomes. - Lot 2 - Positive Play Service which serves to provide a range of social and leisure activities for children with disabilities, providing them with fun and new positive experiences away from home and to support them to achieve improved outcomes. The services collectively serve in part to meet the Council’s response to the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014.
