Description

Stroud District Council wish to appoint an organisation to cover the upgrade of a communal plant room at Hazelwood to future proof and bring up to current regulations and standards. Hazelwood is an extra care social housing scheme built in 1986 and is a conventional cavity wall constructed building. The main building is mostly two storey with solid ground floor and stone clad elevations. The walls and roof insulation levels have been improved where possible. The windows and doors are double glazed metal framed with trickle vents. As a residential building, the facilities are in use 24 hours a day.
